Night out with Payce!

Payce hung out with Griff and me the other night, we had a pretty good time. Here's some video:

Buddy flips out when Griff and I come over to Payce and Gwen's. This video is after he's calmed down a LOT. I had some better video but accidentally erased it. So, this is what you get this week.

Griff, Payce, and I went to Elite for a Ping Pong tournament and we ended up playing Foosball. Here's Griff against Payce...

We were going to go to Jump On It the next day, but we got jipped out of our time, so we'll go next time.

Man, I don't remember the last time I was this pale - April 2007? :-D


The pants are long, the shirt is long, the shoes have room to grow - these should last but the kid is growing so fast I may have to eBay these clothes sooner than expected! :-D

Missing a tooth and a real tie, this kid is growing up WAY too fast.


Out in front of the Chapel, the weather was garbage (as it is today as well) but Griff was looking good! He almost needs a blazer to go with his church clothes doesn't he?

So, I've gotten a bit lazy with the Blog. I've had a lot of other stuff on my mind as many of you are well aware. But, there is not much I'd rather do than be with Griff so I do have some video to post from the Super Bowl party at Paul and Andrea's.

This is Griff stuck behind the giant beanbag. It was kind of funny once, but then he kept doing it, so I left him there :-D (not really, he figured out how to get out on his own.)

Here are some pics of the Griff-man I had on my phone.

Can't remember where this is, maybe Walmart??? I just like that Griff actually puts his "hoodies" to use. :-D

The kid still loves the Carousel ride at South Towne Mall. I'm pretty sure he was twice the size of any other kid on the ride.

Post haircut hanging out at Lifetime fitness. The kids' section over there is amazing. I actually don't feel bad leaving him in there for an hour while I work out because he has so much fun! Seriously, you gotta see it!

This is the funhouse mirror in the entrance to the dressing room. Griff has grown at least 6" over the last year (according to the marks on the wall at Gma and Gpa H's house) and 1.5" - 2" just since Sept '08! So he needed new church clothes. He was cracking up making himself look taller then fatter.

This is the dinosaur skeleton at the University mall. They added this to the playtree area and it is seriously a lawsuit waiting to happen. I can't believe the mall put this in. While we were there I saw no fewer than 4 kids fall off the rib bones and one kid I thought for sure had broken his arm, but apparently he didn't. It's only a matter of time. Griff mostly stuck to the slide on the playtree, which is pretty harmless except for the little kids trying to climb UP the slide :-D

Griff and Buddy

Payce and Gwen's dog Buddy loves Griff. The lighting was bad (again - man winter stinks!) but the video is pretty cute. If I had a bigger place and Griff was around more I'd totally get him a dog. As long as HE cleaned up after him (we'd have to teach him to ring the bell to go out, like Buddy!)

Griff and Quincy

We were up at Sean and Stacy's and we had some delicious Little Caesar's Pizza (it MAY have made Quincy sick, but she was fine and cute before that).

New Sweater

Thanks Amy for the new sweater, I like it and I'm wearing it today because it is FREEZING!

I need a shovel for my driveway and walks, it's crazy - my dish is frozen solid as well. January in Utah - Time to go to AZ or CA or the Caribbean! :-D
